This month, our founder Henry Moore would have celebrated his 125th birthday. To mark the occasion, we’re pleased to unveil our newly digitized poster archive.

The digitised poster archive includes an array of rare and iconic posters, spanning the many decades Moore’s career. They include early exhibitions at renowned galleries, as well as large-scale public installations in countries around the world.
The posters offer a glimpse into the dynamic career of Henry Moore and the range of settings his sculptures have been displayed in. This invaluable resource not only captures the visual aesthetics of each exhibition but also provides historical context, contributing to a deeper understanding of Moore’s artistic vision.
The poster collection is one small part of the Henry Moore Archive, located at the artist’s former home in Hertfordshire. The archive is open year-round by appointment to anyone with an interest in Henry Moore.

The archive contains over three quarters of a million objects and documents relating to Moore, dating back to 1914.
