Included in an annual ticket, booking required

In this workshop we will be learning about the healing properties of nature, by exploring the abundance of plants around Henry Moore’s gardens and the surrounding green spaces.
As part of our summer series celebrating the theme of Vitality: The Human Landscapes of Henry Moore, Nat Mady from Hackney Herbal will be holding Growing/Wellbeing workshops for all age 16+. Our workshops are open to all levels of experience, beginners and beyond, to encourage collective learning with our lead and one another.
We’ll come to better understand the interplay between plants and people drawing on folklore, memories and stories to see how our relationships with the land around us is so important to our own wellbeing.
The workshop will weave in a variety of activities to engage all of our senses; we’ll share ideas for simple remedy making, and plant seeds to take home.
