Free Entry
Explore the relationship between surrealist techniques and human and animal bodies in this free workshop.
If you missed it the first time, here’s your second chance! Join us for an extended version of our recent workshop, Tongueomania; Languages, Animals and Surrealist Anatomies with visual poets Daniele Nicolaescu and Blaise Sales.
Drop in and explore language, texture and assemblage through surrealist techniques such as collage and ‘cubomania’, creating multimodal approaches to translation and transformation, inspired by our current exhibition The Traumatic Surreal.
Free, no booking necessary
This event is free of charge and no booking is required, just drop in any time between 10:30–12:30 and 13:30–15:30.
Suitable for families with children aged 3+. This is an intergenerational workshop – we encourage creativity in all ages! Children must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of the workshop.
