Final weeks to experience Henry Moore Studios & Gardens this season, with autumn gardens, the acclaimed Shelter Drawings exhibition and a special October Offer of £15 tickets every Thursday.

As the season at Henry Moore Studios & Gardens draws to a close, you only have a few more weeks to experience one of the most significant exhibitions of Henry Moore’s work in recent years, alongside the extraordinary beauty of the sculpture lawns, his former home and studios in autumn.

The final weeks of the 2026 season offer a particularly beautiful time to visit as autumn transforms the 70-acre gardens with rich colour and changing light. Moore’s monumental sculptures take on a new character within the landscape. Nature was a lifelong source of inspiration for Moore, who looked closely at the forms and rhythms of the natural world and incorporated them into his work. Visiting Henry Moore Studios & Gardens in autumn offers a chance to see his sculptures as he intended; outdoors, surrounded by the landscape that was such an important part of his creative life.

The offer provides an opportunity to spend a full day exploring the gardens, studios, exhibitions and sculptures at a special price and to experience Henry Moore Studios & Gardens at one of its most beautiful times of year.

Henry Moore Studios & Gardens is open until 25 October 2026.
The £15 day ticket offer is available on Thursdays only until the end of the season.

“The autumn is such a beautiful time to visit Perry Green. The gardens change completely as the season progresses, and there is something particularly special about seeing Moore’s sculptures set against the autumn landscape.

This is also the final opportunity to see the Shelter Drawings exhibition before these incredibly important works return to the collection. We’d love people to come and experience them while they can, and our £15 Thursday ticket makes the final weeks of the season a great time to visit.”

Nick Bullions, Head of Visitor Engagement & Operations, Henry Moore Foundation

Final opportunity to see Henry Moore’s rarely exhibited Shelter Drawings before they return to the Foundation’s collection.

At the heart of the autumn programme is Henry Moore: Shelter Drawings, which brings together a rare group of drawings made by Moore in 1940-41 in response to Londoners sheltering from the Blitz. The exhibition is the largest presentation of the Shelter Drawings in more than 25 years, bringing together works that are rarely shown due to their sensitivity and importance. This is one of the last opportunities to see these works together before they return to the Foundation’s collection, where they will not be on public display in this way for some time.

The exhibition forms part of a wider season at Henry Moore Studios & Gardens that celebrates the artist’s life, work and creative environment, including the recently reopened Sheep Field Barn gallery and workshop spaces. Visitors can explore Moore’s former home, studios and gardens, seeing the places where he lived and worked alongside sculptures displayed in the landscape.

A gallery space with dozens of framed artworks on the walls.
