Shelter Drawing & Dress Up

12:00–16:00

Learning Studios, Sheep Field Barn

Studios & Gardens, Hertfordshire

Included in an annual ticket

Four children wearing costumes made from brightly coloured fabrics and foam shapes. They are all posing pretending to be sculptures.

About this activity

Join us and a giant collection of recyclable fabrics to dress up and draw in this new life drawing activity inspired by Moore’s Shelter Drawings.

First, visit our new exhibition in the Sheep Field Barn for inspiration, and then come and find us in the Learning Studios to get dressed up and draw.

A variety of drawing materials will be on offer for you to play and experiment with. At the end of the session, you will have your very own shelter drawing to take home!

Tickets

Entry is included in an annual ticket. This event is drop-in, so there’s no need to book. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

  • If you already have an annual ticket, just come along on the day and bring your annual ticket with you.
  • If you don’t have an annual ticket, you can buy one online or from the ticket desk when you arrive.

An annual ticket lets you return to Studios & Gardens as often as you like, during open season, for 12 calendar months.
